Every April, we observe the passage of the Fair Housing Act of 1968, a national law prohibiting discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, disability, and gender.
 

As community leaders, and Affordable Housing professionals, we are proud to be part of equitable and inclusive change. We congratulate HFAs across the United States for the work they do to ensure Fair Housing in their communities.
