The United States Department of Housing and Urban Affairs released the 2015 income limits today. These limits are used for program qualification purposes and impact the eligibility of federal assisted housing programs. The HDS Multifamily Management and Section 8 Contract Administration Systems utilize these limits in the calculations and compliance related to the LIHTC Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Section 8, Section 811, MTSP housing tax-exempt bond program.
