• Sheryl Krocek joins HDS as Business Development Manager

Weston, FL, December 12, 2018 – Housing and Development Services, Inc., the parent company of eHousingPlus and Housing and Development Software LLC (HDS), has announced that Sheryl Krocek has joined the organization in the capacity of Business Development Manager. Abdul Mondol, President of the HDS Software Division and Paloma M. Miranda, Senior Vice President of eHousingPlus, its Program Administration and Compliance Division, made the announcement jointly, reiterating that this appointment further strengthens the company’s background and future projects related to servicing and homeownership programs, services and systems.

Sheryl Krocek has 35 years extensive experience in many areas of mortgage banking, together with a comprehensive background in business development. Her career began 1983 when she joined The Leader Mortgage Company of Cleveland, Ohio in their Loan Servicing Department. Sheryl transitioned to the Operations Department and began working directly with Housing Finance Agency Programs and Loans in 1988. After the Leader Mortgage Company was acquired by U.S. Bank N.A., she continued to grow within the organization and during the past 18 years became a critical part of their HFA team. She has worked directly with numerous state and local housing finance agencies over the years, and her strong experience into areas such as MBS Pooling, Secondary Marketing and Bond Production provided her the successes achieved during her tenure at U.S. Bank N.A.
Ms. Krocek has been responsible for the successful negotiation of servicing contracts with both State and Local Housing Finance Agencies. Additionally, she has worked closely with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and our HFA partners to ensure that they have had the best products to offer in their programs. Ms. Krocek served on the TALHFA Board of Directors for three years and has been involved in conference planning with NALHFA for the past several years. As a Client Support Executive to an array of agencies, and most recently as a Senior Account Executive working directly with HFAs, she has been at the forefront of the many opportunities and changes the industry has endured and brings this experience to the Business Development Team at HDS.
