Staying on top of Regulatory Requirements is top priority at Housing and Development Software. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced the FY 2023 Fair Market Rents (FMRs) and HDS has made the release available to you.  As announced, the effective date for FY 2023 FMRs is October 1, 2022.    

The FMRs are estimated on an annual basis by HUD. They are used to determine the eligibility of rental housing units for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments program.
