HDS will be starting a Tax Credit Compliance Working Group for the purposes of discussing and communicating on items related to the HUD LIHTC Reporting and Data Collection. Mike Hollar presented some gaps in the current reporting at the recent NCSHA TC Connect Conference. A number of HDS clients have reached out to us and requested that we create a forum for communication and discussion throughout. We will be creating a distribution list and providing the forum for such discussions to occur via web conferencing, the MyHDS forum, and if needed onsite meetings. Mike Hollar has graciously accepted our invitation to participate in this group as well.

The agenda for our first meeting will include current HUD findings in GAP as well as scheduling two proactive calls to facilitate the continuous improvement of the data reporting requirements and address your needs.
