HUD announced just days after the release of HUD TRACS 202D on August 1, 2014, that Housing and Development Software (HDS) was the only Contract Administration Software vendor to submit files in the new format. Accompanying HDS on this achievement was Yardi (Property Management Software).
HDS participates in a variety of industry working groups to stay on top of program regulations. Historically, HDS has lead the field in complying and releasing regulatory changes and System modifications affording our clients the greatest tools for their changing business needs. “At HDS, our clients’ business and maintaining regulatory compliance takes priority.” says Abdul Modol President of Housing and Development Software. It is the trust and partnership we build with our clients that continues to make us the preferred software in the market today.
These changes will allow greater transparency and reporting between the contract administrators, properties and HUD. HDS will be holding eLearining seminars to assist clients in their transition from 202C. Clients can log into the MyHDS client portal for further details.
