Housing and Development Software (HDS) is excited to announce that our sister company, eHousingPlus, will be attending the 2024 TALHFA Annual Conference from October 21-23 at the Omni Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. TALHFA (Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies) is hosting this important event, which brings together affordable housing leaders to discuss industry challenges, solutions, and emerging technologies.

While Housing and Development Software won’t be attending in person, we’re proud to support eHousingPlus as they represent our shared mission at TALHFA 2024. With a fantastic team on the ground, including Sue Deniha, and Erin Batista, eHousingPlus will be engaging with peers and showcasing how our software solutions help agencies improve operations and serve their communities more effectively.

Our own Sue Denihan will be taking part as a featured panelist, contributing her wealth of experience in housing finance and compliance. We’re eager to see the discussions that unfold and the opportunities to continue driving innovation in affordable housing.
