What can we say, another successful NCSHA Annual Conference in the books! Housing and Development Services, Inc. had a productive weekend of sharing and networking with our HFAs and working partners. It was great connecting with friends, providing them with information on many exciting innovative solutions HDS has to offer – especially NextGen.  

It is with great pride that HDS Companies joined the prestigious NCSHA Leadership Circle and attended the Leadership Circle Reception which was held on Sunday night. This event offered networking and collaboration opportunities with NCSHA Executive Committee and Board of Directors, HFA Executive Directors and Board Members, and top affiliate members.  

On Monday, October 21 our Vice President of Business Development, Elena Miranda, presented at the Maximizing Your ROI as a Conference Host, Exhibitor, or Speaker session. This forum discussed the importance of what to do before, during, and after an event to engage your audience, build awareness of your products and services, and earn the biggest return for your investment of marketing dollars.  

Last but not least, HDS wants to give a big CONGATULATIONS to Wendy Bonsant from Maine Housing for winning the HDS Beats Raffle! As a mutually active member of the Affordable Housing Community, we appreciate your participation in the market and especially in the NCSHA 19 Annual Conference & Showplace.
